The National Diving Centre
Diving
The base of the old limestone quarry was re-profiled to provide shallow areas of between 8 and 27 metres as well as various depths to 80 metres. The water is accessed by 260m of pontoons, configured to give maximum access and egress points and the least amount of swimming. Open seven days a week, we have a fully stocked dive shop and gas station capable of filling double filtered air, nitrox, trimix, and argon. We also have rescue facilities and our own recompression chamber. We have a three year development plan, which will see the building of a diving facility second to none.
